Your first step to heart health begins with us. Dr Snow conducts a thorough assessment, including medical history review and physical examination, followed by personalised recommendations tailored to your needs.

Follow-Up Consultation

Continuing your journey to heart health, our follow-up consultation offers ongoing care and support. DR Snow will review your progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensures you’re on track for optimal cardiovascular wellness.

Blood Panels

We offer blood tests and cardiac specific profiles, with appointments available Monday-Friday and Saturday morning.

Holter ECG Monitors & Ambulatory BP

In collaboration with the Diagnostic Centre next door we are able to offer 24-72 Hour ECG monitors from £350, including consultant review of the report.

ECG

We offer 12-lead ECGs on site, the report is then reviewed by a consultant cardiologist. Prices from: £175

Echocardiography

Starting from £300, including consultant review, our in-house radiography team can perform echocardiograms which will then be shared with Dr Snow.

There are some investigations which require an external referral. The Private GP Group has excellent contacts and can help with organising these appointments. These investigations include:

Further Treatment…

Where a patient requires further treatment Dr Snow is able to offer secondary care treatment at St Anthony’s Hospital and if required onward referral to Centres of Excellence including the Royal Brompton Hospital. These treatments include:

  • Permanent pacemaker implantation
  • Loop recorder implantation
  • Invasive Coronary Angiography + PCI (coronary stenting procedure)
  • Cardiac Surgery, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) and other transcatheter technology

Dr Tom Snow, Consultant Interventional Cardiologist

BSc MPhil MBBCh (Hons) MRCP (UK)

Dr Tom Snow was awarded a MBBCh with Honours from the University of Wales College of Medicine, Cardiff in 2005 having previously studied for a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences and a MPhil in Molecular and Cellular Biology (on a BBSRC Studentship) at the University of Birmingham. Tom completed his advanced Cardiology training in London at St Thomas’ Hospital and Kings College Hospital. He completed his subspecialty training in interventional cardiology on a prestigious fellowship at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital where he acquired expertise in the treatment of complex coronary artery disease. Tom was appointed as a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital in February 2017. He has a specific interest in treating complex coronary artery disease with coronary angioplasty (PCI), intravascular imaging, invasive coronary physiology and valvular heart disease. He was involved in the implantation of more than 100 TAVIs (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation) and MitraClip procedures whilst a fellow at the Royal Brompton Hospital, London. He is very experienced in all aspects of general cardiology and sees patients with a wide range of symptoms, including chest pain, breathlessness, palpitations and dizziness/collapses.
