Annual Health Plans and Offers
Our three tiers of Annual Health Plans offer something for you and the whole family.
Our Plans are designed to provide better value for money for those patients that wish to use our services more regularly. They each provide you with full access to our GPs and medical services including same-day appointments, free prescriptions, and reduced consultation prices of £75 down from £95.

THE PRIVATE GP GROUP ANNUAL HEALTH PLAN TIERS
We have three Annual Health Plan tiers available with varying services included. They can be paid monthly or annually.

SILVER
With reduced rates for consultations and investigations, and free prescription and referral services, our Silver Health Plan is affordable and cost-effective.
For £95 a year you will receive:
- Reduced consultations
- Reduced video, telephone and email consultations
- Free referral letters
- Free prescription services (note: your pharmacy may still charge for the cost of medication)
- Reduced rates for tests and investigations
SILVER FAMILY
Our family plans are open for groups of up to four people.
For £380 a year, all four family members will receive the benefits that our Silver Plan offers.

GOLD
Gold Our Gold Health Plan has all the benefits of the Silver tier whilst also including the Annual Health Screen (valued at £480), and a free flu vaccination providing you with incredible value for money.
For £45 a month you will receive:
- Annual Health Plan (valued at £480)
- Annual flu vaccination
- Reduced consultations
- Discounted telephone and email consultations
- Reduced video consultations
- Free referral letters
- Free prescription services (note: your pharmacy may still charge for the cost of medication)
- Reduced rates for tests and investigations
GOLD FAMILY
Our family plans are open for groups of up to four people.
For £90 a month it includes all of the discounted and free services of the Gold Plan as well as:
- 2 x Annual Well Person Health Screens (valued at £480 each)
- 2 x Annual Flu Injections

PLATINUM
Our Platinum tier includes all the benefits of the Gold Plan as well as 12 free consultations. This plan is perfect for patients that visit regularly.
For £130 a month you will receive:
- 12 free consultations (valued at £75 each)
- Annual Well Person Health Screen (valued at £480)
- Annual flu vaccination
- Reduced consultations
- Free telephone and email consultations
- Reduced video consultations
- Free referral letters
- Free prescription services (note: your pharmacy may still charge for the cost of medication)

PLATINUM FAMILY
Our family plans are open for groups of up to four people.
For £259.50, the discounted and free services of the Platinum Plan are included as well as:
- 24 x free consultations
- 2 x Annual Well Person Health Screens (valued at £480 each)
